Reimagining NDIS Support Together

The NDIS runs on people like you

We asked our participants what matters most, and the answer is always the same: not head office, not a system - the person who actually shows up to provide support. For a provider, that takes real thought: prioritising and valuing the role of direct supports, and the development of systems and structures that are built from the ground up, not the other way around.

At FIShR, Support Workers are engaged directly by FIShR, or by one of our Coordinator of Supports (COS), to work in small, intentional teams built on relationships, not numbers. Our support workers are never alone. Never just a name on a roster. Real training, real coaching and a genuine path forward when you're ready for it.

Support Workers ready for the next step are encouraged to consider Independent Support Work or Coordination of Supports roles — becoming a genuine business partner, operating under FIShR's guidance and registration. Success tied to outcomes, not hours, with ongoing mentoring from people with 35+ years in the sector.

Wherever you're at in your career, there's a place for you here.
